Instagram is an app devoted to images of gadgets and techs from actual users and is a good source for inspiration. Any.do is an app that functions as a “ to do” list so you can prioritize your day and know what tasks you have planned for the day.

Spotify is an app which allows one to individualize a playlist of music to accompany you as you face your day. Regardless of the apps used, most people are using more and more apps to help focus and plan their day. Technology has made a major change to the American morning and day-to-day life.
